About Us

Jayland Group is the parent company and major stakeholder of a diversified group of development entities with current projects across residential subdivisions, over 55’s land lease communities, office/commercial, mixed use and apartment developments.

Jayland Group (formally known as GB Projects Pty Ltd) was originally founded in 2005 by Director Jason Giarrusso as a project acquisitions and project management company that previously specialised in securing and delivering residential subdivision projects within Melbourne’s growth areas and Regional Victoria for its property investor and developer clients.

Jayland Group since 2005 has successfully delivered 15 residential projects with its partners and has a current pipeline of 10 projects across Victoria and Tasmania.

In 2024 Jayland relocated its core business activities to Hobart Tasmania to oversee its business interest in Tasmania Lifestyle Villages which is developing an over 55’s lifestyle community at New Norfolk and local development company Endevor a joint venture vehicle with respected Tasmanian developer Kunama Property Group that is developing four current projects in the southern Tasmania.

Enclave Living is a partnership between Jayland Group and Cohn Consultancy Group that has previously completed successful projects in delivering over 600 lots in Plumpton and is currently developing an exciting mixed-use project in Epping and a land subdivision at Euroa in Regional Victoria.

P8 Property is a development syndicate that has previously completed successful projects in Beveridge and Plumpton and is currently developing mixed-use/commercial projects in Donnybrook and Clyde North.

Jayland Group also holds interests in residential building company Kunama Constructions (TAS) and building supplies business Fortex Wall Systems.
